My Story
I always thought that when I turned 50, I’d start slowing down—you know, start looking and acting my age. But 50 came and went and I stayed as youthful looking as ever. Then 60 came and went, and I was still a size 4 and could still run a mile in 15 minutes.
Today I’m almost 65 and if I’m not at the gym or cooking up a scrumptious vegetarian meal at home, I’m sharing my lifestyle secrets with audiences across the country.
I’m an instructional designer and learning development professional by trade, which means I know how to organize information, convey ideas, and entertain at the same time. I share what I know with energy and humor. My insightful stories and eloquent examples will show you how to make the best choices for healthful living.
